People Interactive Consultancy treats all work in the strictest confidence. We will sign any confidentiality documents provided by the client, if required to do so.


You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and People Interactive Consultancy as a result of these Terms or Service or use of People Interactive Consultancy

People Interactive Consultancy's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions are in derogation of People Interactive Consultancy's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of People Interactive Consultancy or information provided to or gathered by People Interactive Consultancy with respect to such use.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in effect.

People Interactive Consultancy is not obligated to monitor the content on People Interactive Consultancy. People Interactive Consultancy reserves the right to disclose any information, content, or materials as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or government request or in accordance with People Interactive Consultancy's Privacy Statement. People Interactive Consultancy reserves the right to remove any information, content, or materials, in whole or in part at People Interactive Consultancy's sole discretion, without notice at any time.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of People Interactive Consultancy you should inform us as soon as possible using our contact form.

We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 7 working days, and where possible, resolve complaints within 14 working days. We will, where possible keep you informed during our investigations into your complaint.
