Denise Fiddler holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development.

Her experience over the last 15 years encompasses redundancy programmes, performance management, TUPE, change management, mergers & acquisitions, disposals, implementation of HR Functions and provision of both strategic and operational HR solutions.

Denise has a proven track record of devising and executing HR strategies to meet business needs. She also has extensive experience of working with Chief Executives and Senior Management to maximise performance and improve business productivity. Over the years she has earned a reputation for making a real difference.

Prior to setting up People Interactive Consultancy Denise was Head of Human Resources & a Limited Director at Teather & Greenwood. Her former years practising HR were spent at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ford Motor Company.
